1) Thanks to all for posting for my 2nd KB beatdown. There was some mumblechatter at first, but it quickly quieted down. If there’s one thing I’ve learned over this year is it’s hard to heckle while doing burpees. #mumblechatterslayer
2) Special thanks to @Ghetto D for keeping time (I think??), although I’m very curious about the type of watch he owns.
3) This may have been more of a KB/bootcamp type workout…cobains to the pax…BUT no one has EVER said they’ve gotten weaker from doing burpees. I’ve also got the Q Friday so we will see what happens then.
4) There was some confusion, mostly from YHC, around whether or not this workout would be considered a circuit. Thanks to @Coyote, our resident expert, I now know it was indeed a circuit.
5) Even though he wasn’t there in person, @Forgotten Jelly completed this workout on his own at home. T-claps brother. #dedication

A year ago, I would not have been able to do 10 burpees without feeling gassed and back then I considered myself to be in decent shape. Thanks to each of you for pushing me. Now…bring on the e-mumblechatter!

Sorry I missed this one. Sounds like my kind of KB workout w/ the burpees. I was home hacking up a lung, so it was better for me to rest than be doing burpees this morning. Hopefully see you later this week.

Great job @Farm! Burpees definitely are the ultimate #mumblechatter slayer. My shoulders were killing me! Also, burpee pull ups…that’s just cruel (and may show up in a beatdown down the road!)

Definitely a good beatdown to start the week. @The Farm- No need to apologize for the style of beatdown, we mumblechatterguys just HATE burpees. They definitely shut me up pretty quick! Looking forward to see what kind of “circuit” you have in store for us Friday.

Yes – great beatdown @the farm. Glad to know I’m not the only one who hates burpees. I could feel the groan when you announced the second set of burpees and all realized it was a burpee ladder.
