Circuit work at Stallings Rd Park

4 Men posted today for some circuit training with a Kettle Bell.   The circuits at the shelter probably need some work too but no one felt qualified to do that.

Warm Up:

  • 10 SSH
  • 10 Mtn Climber
  • 10 Merkins
  • 10 Windmill
  • 1 min jump rope
  • 1 min arm circles. big and small.

Moleskin:

  1. I believe the backblast is about as confusing as the actual workout.   Thankful for the weinke.
  2. Also thankful Solo Cup took Acceleration today.   It had to be miserable.  We thought about you guys … and laughed.
  3. Hope Doc Holiday appreciates the business I created with the KB getup’s.
