Introduction to Pre-Med, or was it Pre-Law?

18 men appeared (some earlier than others) at #PileDriver this morning to leave with much stronger legs. They learned that the legs are the biggest muscles, therefore working them harder burns more calories. YHC may have learned that in pre-med. The pax also learned YHC may have not been enrolled *IN* pre-med. Or pre-law for that matter.

Welcome to Graham (Chicken Fried) and Zack (Backslider)! It doesn’t get any easier, but you do get stronger. See you guys soon!
It’s always a pleasure to lead the men of Mint Hill. Thanks for having me back. See you guys soon.
Much thanks to the PAX for looking out for the 6 of the group. No man left behind.

Harassment! I will file a lawsuit, oh wait, you’re pre-law.

Strong Q as always. Going to see the doctor today, hopefully he can figure out what is going on.

Great job today Schedule C, that was a killer workout.

Good luck with the appointment Drop Thrill, I hope you get some answers.

Solid beatdown, Schedule C. The two things I hate most: burpies and lunge walks. I noticed that the group seemed to be easing further outfield as we kept going back and forth. Guessing the shortest distance between two points isn’t a straight line.
I definitely WON’T be taking a page from your playbook for next week, assuming I can walk again by then.
