The Q ran into a pothole in the outback and twisted an ankle.  The good thing is it did didn’t become a hindrance or keep me down.  I got back up, shook it off and kept going – thankfully. Great work by all the pax.  There wasn’t a whole lot of mumble chatter and that’s partly because I am so focused on Q’ing. I can see guys getting stronger and stronger.  Each time I am up to Q, I get more comfortable.  If you haven’t Q’d yet, think about doing it or partnering up with someone to Q.  I say that because it has helped me to be more engaged with F3.  Thanks again, Pax.

Tradition Shirts: I wore my new F3 Tradition shirt this morning which arrived yesterday. So, if you haven’t received yours yet, you probably will soon.

Great Q Guiness. Lots and lots of variety – didn’t know what to expect next. Last time I passed on the crawl on your stomach through the people tunnel – this time I did it! Progress. Thanks!
