Up and Over and Up and Over

21 men showed up to work the hill. Much fun was had. Not here, but I’m sure it was being had somewhere else.

#Warm Up

  • Air Squats x 15
  • Windmills x 10
  • Merkins x 10
  • SSH x 15

#The Thang
Line up at the hill

  • 3 air presses/6 merkins/9 air squats then up the hill for 5 burpees. Repeato.
  • Air Squats x 15, backwards up the hill and 10 jump lunges. Repeato.
  • 9/1 Ladder of Merkins & CCD’s.
  • LBC x 25
  • Reverse Crunches x 25
  • CCD up and overs. 10 on one side, up and over for 9. Repeat until you get to 1.
  • WW2 sit-ups x 10
  • Freddie Mercury x 25


  • Crunchy frog x 25(?)

Lots of work out there today, I saw guys pushing themselves past their comfort zone. Very inspiring.
