Line up at the hill
- 3 air presses/6 merkins/9 air squats then up the hill for 5 burpees. Repeato.
- Air Squats x 15, backwards up the hill and 10 jump lunges. Repeato.
- 9/1 Ladder of Merkins & CCD’s.
- LBC x 25
- Reverse Crunches x 25
- CCD up and overs. 10 on one side, up and over for 9. Repeat until you get to 1.
- WW2 sit-ups x 10
- Freddie Mercury x 25
