Indian Run to Cul-de-sac – 1 20 Merkins and 20 WWII Sit Ups
Indian run to Cul-de-sac – 2 20 Dips on Partner Planking, Flap Jack and Repeat
Indian run to Cul-de-sac – 3 20 Lunges and 20 WWII Sit Ups
Indian run to Cul-de-sac – 4 20 Jump Squats and 20 Carolina Dry Docks ( Hot Wheels version = Carolina Merkins )
Indian Run to Cul-de-sac – 5 20 Burbees
Indian run to Cul-de-sac – 6 20 Curl Ups with Partner, Flap Jack and Repeat
