The softer side of YHC

7 came out this morning to stretch their minds and bodies.


#The Thang:

After some simple stretching we started in Mountain pose then proceeded to flow through various poses that focused on stretching out areas that are worked hard by lots of F3: Legs, back, core. The workout took us through standing poses, ground poses and worked in balancing poses as well. Fun was had by all.


This was my first #WarriorOne lead this morning and it was quite a different kind of lead. I found it refreshing.
