Rock Golf Rematch

8 Pax showed up this morning for a #HUMPDAY round of rock golf. This was a recycled workout from the Saturday prior- partially because it was so fun, and partially because the Q had a lack pf planning time due to late night car repairs

Warmup:

10x Windmills, grab a rock (planned about 1 minute for this, but apparently some folks want to get to know a rock before they commit)

 

The Thang:

A tour of the Veterans Park golf course, rock-style

Hole 1

mosey with rocks held high up

rock presses x 10

Rock tricep extensions x 10

rock squats x 10

Hole 2

lunge up hill holding rock

rock curls x 310

rock rows x 10

rock upright rows x 10

single-handed rock curls x 10

Hole 3

mosey down hill while passing rock from arm to arm

rock mericans x 10

prone rock presses x 10

Hole 4

roll the rock up hill

rock leg raises x 10

rock crunches x 10

rock ww2 situps x 10

rock reverse bowing x 10

Hole 5

karaoke (switch halfway) with rock

rock curls x 10

rock upright rows x 10

rock single arm curls x 10

rock squats x 10

Hole 6

lunges while holding rock up high

 

Hole 7

stop at every fencepost (about 50) for a rock squat and a rock press

one-armed bear crawl holding rock- 20 yards each arm

 

Hole 8

walk backwards holding the rock outstretched away from body

 

rock cleans x10

Hole 9

mosey in while passing rocks around, first groups to finish do rock planks
