The Best Workout Ever

The Thang

  1. Job to the Middle school baseball field and hop the fence
  2. Grab a partner
    1. #1 Partner one
      1. Run foul polls starting at the left field foul pole to
      2. left center and back, center and back, right center and back, right foul pole and back
    2. Partner Two
      1. Plank and switch each time a partner gets to the foul line
  3. #2
    1. One starts by second base in the outfield the other on the foul line
    2. Feet kick butt for 90 feet partner 1
    3. Partner 2 same thing go back
    4. Karaoke
    5. High knees
    6. Karaoke

    1. Sprint 90 feet (partner does plank)  do this 6 times
  5. #4
    1. I will bring tennis or baseball
    2. Shuffle step 3 times pick up baseball sent by partner then reverse (26 times)

  7. P1 from each group throws a ball into left or right field and the opposing team’s P2 has to go get it.  Whichever team gets back to home base first “wins” that round and does not have to do the 20 merkin penalty.

    1. Lay on back and grad your partner’s ankles lift legs push down right, center left

    1. Partner one
      1. Run foul polls starting at the left field foul pole to

  10. Cool Down
    1. Don’t hop the fence because the other gate was open (It was now light out so we could see), jog back to the cars and stretch

The Naked Moleskin:

  1. There were at least two times that Chopper yelled “this is the best workout EVER!!” and I will let he or the other guys share why….but one of the reasons involved a trunk full of booze, airplane bottle samples, and a mixed drink recipe on a card…

    I totally misunderstood the throwing of the ball run around the bases drill, but still had a blast despite losing the ball. Great first time at Q Tin Man!
