Preblast: TheHorseshoe!

Attention passengers, this is your captain speaking.

Due to the dynamic effects caused by the swirling snakes between the #CSAUP Chairman’s ears, the following changes are in effect for your favorite workout, #TheHorseshoe!:

The THANG:

Start at Harris Teeter, mosey up to Jetton Rd, and down to start at corner of Charles Towne Ln and Southport Dr, or the bottom of the shoe.

For reasons related to the betterment of your physical ability and society in general, #TheHorsehoe! will increase rotations from (10 laps) to 6 (12 laps). 

Each lap of the horseshoe is approx. .27 miles. Each lap you do an exercise, and you add the previous lap’s exercise to the next lap until we get to the 6th lap. With the start of Lap 7 we do a reverse ladder where you drop the 1st exercise and continue on until 12th lap is completed. Got it? Good. Just show2know.

Exercises of the Day (single count unless noted):

  • Carolina Dry docks x 20
  • Jump squats x 20
  • Hand release merkins x 20
  • Mountain climbers x 20
  • Plank Jacks x 20
  • Apollo Onos x 20

Total Mileage approx. 3.25 miles (up hill both ways) and ~120 reps of each exercise.

The Ghost Flag will allegedly be there. See you in the gloom.

    Audible on NCGhostFlag – it will be at Odyssey Friday because no one at Wilderness wanted any of that business. Prefer more running to go with all that running. Further inquiries can be referred to BEP.
