2 fleet of foot men (Jumanji and Landlord) went on a cruise while 15 strong underwent a cinderblock bustin partner beatdown at the hands of YHC. 0530 disclaimer given. Let’s get started!
Things went a little something like this:
Mosey to Outback
Warm Up:
SSH X15IC
Cotton Picker X10IC
Windmill X10IC
Shoulder/triceps stretch
Arm Circles forward and backward
Hamstring stretch
Jump Squats X10IC
Grab a cinder block.
10 CB Burpees OYO
Partner Up!
Round One Plan: Partner One does CB Throws to bottom of hill while Partner Two gets started on 120 CB Merkins. Partner One walks back to partner with CB overhead. Switch roles and repeat until 120 CB Merkins are completed between two partners. YHC gave demo of CB Throw which busted my cinderblock into about 10 pieces. #DIESEL Modification made to plan after Pom Pom busted his block on first throw. Walk up and back with CB overhead instead of throws. Plank it up until everyone is finished. @Dingo I’ll give you some money to buy some replacement blocks :-).
Round Two: Partner One moseys or walks to hill with CB extended straight out at shoulder level while Partner Two gets started on 120 CB Squats (any type). Partner One walks back with CB straight out. Switch roles and repeat until 120 CB Squats are completed between two partners. Plank it up until everyone is finished.
Round Three: Partner One walks to hill holding CB (whatever way you want) while Partner Two gets started on 120 CB Curls. Partner One walks back w/ CB (whatever way you want). Switch roles and repeat until 120 CB Curls are completed between two partners. Plank it up until everyone is finished.
Round Four: Partner One walks to hill holding CB (whatever way you want) while Partner Two gets started on 120 CB Shoulder Presses. Partner One walks back to partner holding CB (whatever way you want). Switch roles and repeat until 120 CB Shoulder Presses are completed between two partners. Plank it up until everyone is finished.
Partner Wheel Barrow the length of the outback field. Switch if you need to or bear crawl, whatever works at this point!
Partner push the length of the outback field. Swap roles and return.

Low Dolly X13IC

Moleskin:
1) Thanks for the opportunity to lead this morning, enjoyed it as always.
2) Tough beatdown this morning. Definitely looked easier on paper than what it was. Not much mumble chatter, so I’m assuming everyone was sucking wind like me.?.? Way to push yourselves the entire time!
3) Great to see you posting consistently after a hiatus @The Hop. Looking strong, brother!
4) Founding Father @Obo, it’s great to see you back from hibernation as well.
5) @Country – way to fight through it this morning.
6) @Pom Pom – Like your variations of CB walk/mosey (backwards walk, side straddle, etc.)
7) @Coyote and @Ghetto D – It was great partnering with you guys.
8) @Triple Threat – You’re shedding weight like nobody’s business and still sporting the big block. #Hardcore
9) Hope to see everyone at the 5K and Tradition Family Pool Party Saturday.
Sound off below!
Great one today @Buckwheat. My first Iron Fist and I loved it!
@Growler, great partnering up with you bro! You’re already getting stronger. Before you know it, you’re gonna want to start RUNNING! 🙂
@Dingo, I had about 10 guys tell me this morning that they have given you money to pass along to me for the 5K. @Coyote said something about you buying him dinner at Ruth’s Chris last night too. #accountabilityneeded?
And I have passed it on to you! Except for the last $20 from buckwheat I believe
@Dingo, let me know if I need to investigate. Nice beatdown, @Buckwheat. Hurting today.
Great job @Buckwheat! I am becoming more disciplined with cleaner eating and the Eating Challenge is a good guideline for additional foods to avoid.
Great beatdown @buckwheat. Good audible after cinderblocks were breaking into pieces – Cam Newton would have been proud of you!
