Mosey through the woods on the MTB trail to get to the bottom of heartrate hill and circle up.

Warm up (in cadence): Windmill x10, Airsquat x10, SSH x10, Rudy x10, 10 Burpees OYO.

And so it begins… The THANG!

Up heartrate hill to the shelter to go up the ladder.

  • 5 burpees
  • 5 burpees, 1 leg squat x5 each leg
  • 5 burpees, 1 leg squat x5 each leg, decline merkins x10
  • 5 burpees, 1 leg squat x5 each leg, incline merkins x10, step up x10 each leg
  • 5 burpees, 1 leg squat x5 each leg, hand release merkins x10, step up x10 each, 20 dips

Mosey past the fields to the other giant hill in the Rail Yard. 3 min of quadraphillia.

Mosey to the space between the fields, in line with the sidelines and partner up.

P1 sprints to the fence and back while P2 does LBC – Switch
P1 Lunge to the first upright then sprint to the fence and back while P2 planks – switch
P1 bearcrawl to the first upright the sprint to the fence and back while P2 does a reverse plank – switch

Mosey around the restroom in the middle of the field while YHC takes care of business.

Circle up for burpee fest: 10 burpees OYO.  5 reverse burpees OYO. 10 burpees OYO.

Mosey back to the shelter to go back down the ladder.

  • 5 burpees, 1 leg squat x5 each leg, hand release merkins x10, step up x10 each, 20 dips
  • 5 burpees, 1 leg squat x5 each leg, incline merkins x10, step up x10 each leg
  • 5 burpees, 1 leg squat x5 each leg, decline merkins x10
  • 5 burpees, 1 leg squat x5 each leg
  • 5 burpees

Get in the grass for Mary:

LBC x 25, Maktar N’dye x5 each side, Freddie Mercury x20, 10 burpees OYO

    Funny thing was that Chaos had just mentioned not having any pride… It is common among married men. This wiped out any remaining ideas of pride that I might have had. Good times.
