- Calf Raises x 10 (each side)
- 1-Arm Curls x 10 (each side)
- Chest Press x 15
- Mason twist x 10
- Merkin w/ KB and stacked feet (5 each way)
- Drop the Kbs and sprint to the end of the parking lot.
Repeato till time runs out. Harder than it looks!
