#Warm Up:

  • Mosey
  • SSH x 15
  • Merkins x 10
  • Mountain climbers x 15

#The Thang:
Circle Up for:

  • Bent over rows x 10 (each side)
  • Dead lifts x 10
  • Figure 8 x 10
  • KB swing x 25
  • Merkin w/ KB and stacked feet (5 each way)
  • Drop the Kbs and sprint to the end of the parking lot.
  • Goblet squats x 10
  • Calf Raises x 10 (each side)
  • 1-Arm Curls x 10 (each side)
  • Chest Press x 15
  • Mason twist x 10
  • Merkin w/ KB and stacked feet (5 each way)
  • Drop the Kbs and sprint to the end of the parking lot.

Repeato till time runs out. Harder than it looks!

  • Cobra pose – to stretch out our backs
  • Pretzel twists x 10 each side
