#Warm Up:

  • SSH x 20
  • Windmill x 15
  • IW x 15
  • Merkins x 10
  • Air Squats x 10

#The Thang:
Run out to the parking lot and circle up for 1 minute of:

  • Air Squats AMRAP OYO
  • Apollo Ono AMRAP OYO
  • Reverse crunches AMRAP OYO
  • Mason twist AMRAP OYO

Over to the hill for:

  • Burpee/jump lunge ladder
  • 10 air squats at the bottom and at the top are merk-burps. Work up to 10.
  • 10 random Carolina dry docks

Over to the school for:

  • Front to back suicides 2 up and 1 back
  • Finish with 10 burpees

  • As always an impressive display of strength from the men of Harrisburg. I am humbled to be able to lead such a great group of men.
  • We need men to step up for Road Warrior & Warrior One. Time to get out of your comfort zone, people.

        Sweet. Can you add something about burpee ladders? Those were hard (said in a whiny teenage voice). And maybe the humidity?

    Nice one ScheduleC. Enjoyed it! I’m especially grateful of you thinking about the Pax and getting us ready for the summer and pool season. Tough to get a tan in the gloom, but we can always work on our forearm road rashes. Seriously though, good stuff! Thanks for the lead!

    Great Q @ScheduleC! Yes, loved the “beach/pool/core” workout. Burpee ladder was tough but a good one. Keep up the good Q’s and yes, we need more Pax to get out of their comfort zone and think about leading Warrior One/Road Warrior. See you in the gloom!
