- As always an impressive display of strength from the men of Harrisburg. I am humbled to be able to lead such a great group of men.
- We need men to step up for Road Warrior & Warrior One. Time to get out of your comfort zone, people.
Great work everyone!
@Oz, thanks for the laminated Q parameters worksheet. I’ll be sure to pass it on.
Sound off!
Great workout, @ScheduleC. Isn’t @Oz going to need that worksheet for his next Q?
I’m going to be handing that sheet off each time from now on so we can all have it. It was Oz’ idea.
Sweet. Can you add something about burpee ladders? Those were hard (said in a whiny teenage voice). And maybe the humidity?
Nice one ScheduleC. Enjoyed it! I’m especially grateful of you thinking about the Pax and getting us ready for the summer and pool season. Tough to get a tan in the gloom, but we can always work on our forearm road rashes. Seriously though, good stuff! Thanks for the lead!
Great Q @ScheduleC! Yes, loved the “beach/pool/core” workout. Burpee ladder was tough but a good one. Keep up the good Q’s and yes, we need more Pax to get out of their comfort zone and think about leading Warrior One/Road Warrior. See you in the gloom!

Nice lead, I think….what did I do with that list?
