A dirty dozen Stoners choose the red pill this morning. YHC had missed a few workouts and paid for it dearly right from the start. It went a little something like this.

Cotton pickers x 15 (with clap to be cool like @Whatley)

One legged something or others that @Stretchy showed us to work the gluteus maximus.
Mosey back to the track where the real start worked.
Aptly named “The 2,4,6,8”

4 Merkins
6 Squats
8 LBC
Some got 7 laps in, I think everyone got 6. Not a lot of chatter, but a lot of hard work.
Up to the wall for peoples chair with air presses and can-can.

Hips to heaven x 10 each side via @Stretchy.

1. Great to be back out this am. Great to push through the pain. I know I wouldn’t work that hard without friends!

Nice workout! I actually enjoyed it (except for the multiplication – for some reason I find it hard to multiply and gasp for breath at the same time). And of course any workout that gets Mattress King running is a good one! Aside from that, we have great bunch of PAX! Thanks to all for coming out – I wouldn’t work that hard alone either!
