Farmers Carry to the Haunted Daycare

Round 1

10 mins AMRAP

  1. Sprint down hill and back up
  2. 5 x clean and press each arm
  3. Sprint down hill and back up
  4. 10 x KB swings

Round 2 – Move to side of parking lot

10 Mins AMRAP

  1. 10 x Squat press
  2. Sprint down hill and up to other side
  3. 10 x Burpees
  4. Sprint down and BacK

Round 3

10 mins AMRAP

  1. 10 x LM pulls each arm
  2. Sprint down hill and up to other side
  3. 20 x Merkins
  4. Sprint down and back

Farmers Carry back to pull up bars

10 x pull up (It is April)

  3. Strong push out there today guys!  Last week I added sprints to the KB workout, which made it tough.  This week adding the hill sprints made it brutal!
  4. @Dutch – Strong work out there!  Your competitiveness is evident and you are getting stronger because of it.  Crushed everyone on that last round!!

    dingo – everytime we head to the HDC- we are up for a pain “full” beat down– add KB’s, running and Burpees– and well- my arms are so sore I have to quit typing…. good beat down!!
