- Strong push out there today guys! Last week I added sprints to the KB workout, which made it tough. This week adding the hill sprints made it brutal!

dingo – everytime we head to the HDC- we are up for a pain “full” beat down– add KB’s, running and Burpees– and well- my arms are so sore I have to quit typing…. good beat down!!
