1 ventured out during a difficult period to get a much needed beatdown and time alone. It was a shorter beatdown, but I tried to make it count.
Warm-Up
– ran about half a mile to a recently scoped out playground
– SSH x 15
– IST X 15
– Cotton Pickers x 15
The Thang
I did 5 rounds of the following at a nice, slow pace to make sure I had the best form.
– Merkins x 10
– Pullups x 10
– Dips x 10
– WWII situps x 15
– ran about 3/4 of a mile back to the house
Moleskin
– As many of you know, my family is dealing with a very difficult time right now. This was my first workout since the Leatherneck and I felt it. But I needed to think and get the blood flowing.
– Doing a shortened beatdown without my F3 brothers is really challenging. But I wore my F3 gear with pride.
– I look forward to returning to Charlotte this weekend and to my F3 brothers next week.
This was an on-the-fly beatdown, but it felt good to get out.
Good job jelly! Look forward to seeing you when you get back!
Way to go with the beatdown and with getting the blood flowing, Jelly. We prayed for you and you family in the COT this morning. We are with you in this challenging time, brother.
So, there’s an F3 in Edenton? Fantastic!
There is when I’m here.
Glad you were able to work out with us in spirit. Know our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.
Great attitude Jelly I love the spirit hope to see you soon
@FJ – Our prayers are with you and your family, bro!
Kudos for getting out there this morning in light of everything going on. Hope that the workout allowed you a few minutes to be able to think about something else.
You missed the slosh-fest in the outback today. I think my shoes are going to be drying for days.
