    Learned my lesson on those Low Flutters @Icicle! Although, 10 additional low flutters is just making us all stronger, so it’s all good.

    I did t know about the pull ups but @Mandown said so.ething to me the night before a d I saw the e mail after lunch the next day I am glad I did listen to him
