NASA Accommodates F3 With Flyover During CoT

Twelve men posted on a clear morning for a workout consisting of tried and true exercises that got hearts pumping just as that always have in the past. Thee was even another post workout sky show. This is how it went:

Mosey through parking lot with high knees and butt kickers

Side straddle hop, windmill, imperial storm trooper, air squat, mountain climbers, merkins

Mosey to picnic table behind school for three rounds of:

20 incline merkins, 20 decline merkins, 20 air squats, 20 step-ups, 10 burpees

Mosey to wall for a peoples chair medley:

Peoples chair (60 sec), merkins, PC, balls to the wall, PC jump squat, PC, mountain climbers, PC, burpees

Mosey to The Ridge for a 5×1 ladder starting with 5 merkins at the bottom and 1 jumpsquat at the top

Mosey to Mary: little baby crunch, low flutter, W, mason twist, WWII sit-ups, low dolly, Deuce took us out with pretzel crunch left & right.

Naked Moleskin

Thanks for the opportunity to lead, men.

Heard lots of chatter among the Pax.

$Nautilus – you have become a regular pretty quickly…strong work.

It was very accommodating of NASA to arrange for the International Space Station to pass over Harrisburg as we were ending our CoT

Great lead Minnow! Felt pain just about everywhere from that one. Nice touch getting NASA to send ISS for a flyby. Commentary from PAX, as always, on spot.

  2. Schedule C

Excellent lead Minnow, I appreciate everything you did this morning. Work, work, work! I appreciate all the strong men around me that kept me honest and working hard to complete all the reps and do it in a proper form. After @Deuce’s beatdown on Saturday and the #Murph yesterday I was smoked before I got there this morning.

I *still* don’t know how I got out of bed this morning – maybe autopilot?

Seeing the ISS go overhead was very, very cool. First time I’ve ever seen it.

Also, when you guys read this PLEASE hit the “T-Claps” button up above.
