Choose your own adventure

21 men showed up for a choose your own adventure.  it went a little something like this:

The Thang:

Partner up in groups of 4.  Or 5.  Maybe 6.  Ok just get with a group and start.  Each member selects a workout.  Do as many as you can of the following:

1 – Half mile run at track

2- 500 LBC for team

3- Two rounds of reverse spiderman merkins at Golf Course

4 -Half pipe on the hills. 20 fence touches.  10 each.

5 – 250 for team bicycle rack merkins – partner holding feet

6 – At monkey bars – 200 pullups – Partner holding feet

7 – Highland Creek stairs – 500 team- Calf Raises

8 – 500 incline merkins – Guard Rail

9 – Benches – 50 total step ups

10 – Skyline Drive Run – 500 team squats

MARY – Frodo started some ab workouts

I joined the group for 2 rounds of 1 minute LBC

Windshield wipers

Moleskin:

I wanted to change it up a bit.  Get the heart rate going.  Max out some major muscles and enjoy some time with each other in smaller groups.  Hopefully you enjoyed it.

I originally had this wokout planned in January.  Turned out to be 10 degrees that day and the numbers were light so I saved this workout for today.

At one point I witnessed @ Nanny running around RIdge road solo.  Don’t recall seeing that on the sheet.  Guess he wanted more running. #nexttime

Heard some groans on the repeato call for LBC.  Guess the Pax doesn’t like back to back 1 minute LBC.  I will remember that for next time.

Thoughts are with @Hammer as he begins his journey today to pick up his son in Africa.  Safe travels. His plane leaves today at 11:00am.  Much respect to him for posting today.  Impressive

@Nanny gave me a homework assignment. Come up with a name for the workout. Snare has one called the “Snare Dare.” Solid name. Best I heard is “Charmin Squeeze” Sound off with any suggestions. Thanks.

@Nanny – if it makes you feel any better I was thinking it might be hard for those that posted yesterday. You will thank me when you are taking off your shirt at the beach!!!

Some great suggestions. Think Charmin Ultra is the leader in the clubhouse.

@Charmin It is like you set out to make the Charmin Ultra as cruel as possible for anyone who did the Murph the day prior. Large quantities of pull ups, mercicans, and air squats. All I can say is “ouch.” I am going to be feeling Monday and Tuesday on Friday. However…the fam is hitting the beach next week so a little upper body work is just what Py and Thon ordered.

@Bunny Big shout out to long lost bearded bunny. Great to have you back out. Glad the biz is going well. Glad to hear you are joining us 2 – 3 days a week for the next 3 months.
