8 strong men attacked the gloom to see where they were with their fitness, have a little fellowship and pay tribute to Lt. Michael Murphy.

  • Very strong work out there this morning.
  • Some pax finished so quickly I thought they must have miscounted. Then I saw who it was and realized it was @Clueless and @TheMagnificent – strong work. It kept me pushing.
  • Lets not forget why we do this in the first place. If you don’t know, show up on the last Monday of the month. Aye!

      I’ll second that. Not only did he finish with you, he caught Othello and me as we finished the first mile. Strong work…although thinking your the six, then hearing footsteps and heavy breathing behind you is a little creepy.
