5k Training: Week 7

Three men gathered in the gloom to complete the sixth week of the Harrisburg 5K Training Program.

THE THANG

Week Seven: We are ditching the plan, we are ready to crank this up a notch.

Two minute warm up: then run for 9 minutes and walk for one for 1 minutes for 36 minutes. Finish with a two minute cool down. Ran the 5K course and then some (4.16 by my watch)
