5k Training: Week 6

Eight men gathered in the gloom to complete the sixth week of the Harrisburg 5K Training Program.

THE THANG

Week Six: two minute warm up; then run for six minutes and walk for one for 40 minutes. Finish with a two minute cool down.  We explored the neighborhood across from Hickory Ridge Middle School. Total distance was 4.29 miles (by my watch) http://tpks.ws/WMMg

MOLESKIN
  1. Great turnout this morning.  I enjoyed seeing new faces as well as several of the regulars.
  2. Everyone gave 100% this morning.  Strong performance by @Deuce again as well as @Paris.  @ShortCake Way to hang tough.  Not a bad run for a guy who hasn’t posted in Six months.
  3. Pass The Word: Next Week we will meet at Town Hall so that we can get use to running on the Actual Harrisburg 5K course.  There are perks to this being a hometown race.
