Who’s the Q?! We’re all Qs!

As I arrived at 5:31am (back to my old habits), I spotted Raptor and Mr. Belding getting ready to get after it.  I wondered which man assumed the role of Q as I saw the spot was empty when I woke up this morning.  It was decided that we would all be Qs!  Hammer and Guinness showed up bringing our numbers to five, and we got started!

The Thang:

I don’t remember the order of exercises or numbers of reps but we did lots of chest presses, shoulder presses, clean and presses, bicep curls, tricep extensions, upright rows, KB merkins, mason twists, low flutter, skull crushers, sumo squats, LBCs, a few moseys to keep us warm, a leisurely mosey with KBs above our heads, and KB burpees.

Frosty Moleskin:

Although we typically have a designated Q, I like having multiple Qs.  That way, I am forced to do exercises that I hate (and therefore need the most).

Funkybunch is apparently always watching, even when he doesn’t post.  He timed it perfectly to run by at the beginning and end of the workout to dole out a little mumblechatter.

That was my first KB workout in over a month.  It’s great to be back!  Thanks men!

    Great seeing you guys this morning. Now that I’ve worked on my abs, I need to go plan the Vday weekend festivities!

        If I plan accordingly the night before, I get there early. But you should see me rushing around trying to find my wallet and keys without waking up my M when I don’t.
