When the Q comes without a plan, the Pax gets what the Q feels like giving. This gloomy morning, YHC felt like giving some abdominal pain randomly mixed with some much needed stretches. 3 Pax were up for the challenge.

  • Lunge Series starting from Warrior Three. Both sides.
  • Wide-Legged Forward Fold Right, Left, Center.
  • Wide-Legged Side Lunges ~6 each side OYO.
  • Forearm plank ~1 min. or TBQ.
  • Cat/Cow ~10 OYO.
  • Mason Twist x10.
  • LBC x10.
  • WWII Situps x10.

  1. Nice work out there men.  Thanks for hanging with me as I made it up on the fly.  Sometimes the best workouts are made that way. Hope this was one of them.
  2. So, I missed the mudbowl yesterday. I have mixed feelings about that; mostly regret.  It sounds like a bunch of fun.
