6 Strong posted in the gloom for a core workout. It went a little like this:
-Imperial Storm Troopers
Mosey to the Rock Pile
-Grab a rock about 15-25lb. The Q grabbed a reasonable rock. Everyone else went much, much bigger. The Q will pay better attention next time.
All exercises were typically done in 4 count 20 reps (10 on each leg if a balance position):
-One Legged Rock Curls
-Eyes Closed Single Legged Balance
-Pushup Side Arm Balance
-Downward Dog Crunches
-Triple Hop One Legged Rock Press
-One Legged Rock Arch Press
-One Legged Jump Squats
-One Legged Triceps Extensions
-Mason Twist with Rock Press (no rock due to size)
-Thumbs Up Pushups (single arm and single leg at top of pushup)
Technically, the whole workout was Mary (or related to it), but we had time so each PAX led a Mary exercise. Unfortunately, the Q forgot them but rest assured, they were awesome.

- Great to have Buck Wheat out today. I called him Gump in the gloom though I’m not sure why.
- Sugar went two for two this week….wait a minute, two for three. Did you know we have a running workout on Wednesday? Waterboy did it solo yesterday.
- Speaking of Waterboy, we missed our stalwart PAX member today.
