Gapper:  My 2015 goals: lose (and keep off) 20 pounds and complete the Spartan Trifecta.

BBQ & Casper: full marathon

Deuce & Posh: Goal: Reduce sugar, dairy and grain consumption (more veggies), six pack abs

SS Minnow:  keep my cholesterol in check via good eats

Billy Goat: 3 Sprint Tri’s (Huntersville or Hickory, Ballantyne in July, and the Jimmie Johnson in September). Get some F3 PAX to do the University City Duathlon as well as join me at the sprint tri’s

(keep hammer, < 1 hr) or 4/11 H’berg Y 5k, 4/12 NC Spartan Sprint (PR < 1:10), 5/30 Over the Mtn International Tri (PR < 2:46), 6/13 Tri Latta sprint (PR < 1:34), 8/8 Lake Logan Half IM tri (PR < 6hr), 8/29 NC Spartan Super (virgin), 9/11-12 BRR, 11/14 SC Spartan Beast (virgin) or Thunder Rd tbd, 12/12 Huntersville Half (PR < 1:42)
