#Warm Up

  • SSH x 15
  • IW x 15
  • Windmills x 10
  • Mountain Climbers x 15

#The Thang
Mosey to the hill at the corner of the stadium.

  • 50 SSH OYO
  • Backwards walk up the hill
  • 10 Air Squats at the top
  • Back down and plank till everyone is done

Repeat the above replacing SSH with:

  • 50 Merkins
  • 50 Air Squats
  • 50 CCD (Carolina Dry Docks)
  • 50 Plank Jacks
  • 50 Reverse Crunches
  • 50 LBCs (elbows touching knees)

Time for a little indian run to the middle school track.

  • Jack Webbs 1:4 x 6 and back down

  • Great to see @Oz out again this morning. I told him he could heckle me so he brought a bulleted list of the things he wanted me to avoid for the workout. I broke all the rules. As always.
