4 of Harrisburg’s finest men braved the cold for a final 2014 tune-up. To close out the year, we did a total of 365 exercises mixed throughout our run: one for each day of the year. Our goal was also to run 3.65 miles, to keep with the 365 theme, which we did plus a bit more.

The thang:
Run the loop/streets around town center, with exercises roughly every 75-100 meters. Pain stations as follows:
10 burpees
10 LBCs
10 air squats
10 plank jacks
10 merkins
10 jump squats
10 The squirm
10 mountain climbers
10 Toyotas
10 Mason twist

10 burpees

For a grand total of 365.
Mileage was aimed at hitting 3.65, and we did between 3.8 and 4 miles.

3. As we reflect of 2014 and make resolutions for 2015, let’s all remember how much F3 has meant to us, and be thinking about who we can invite in 2015 that would benefit from the camaraderie and fitness that we have all enjoyed from the F3 brotherhood. Let’s keep it growing!
