22 men shook off the Christmas feasting and returned for a beatdown of log sized proportions!!

It has been far too long since I’ve been to a Saturday BC, marathon training keeps getting in the way……But it was GREAT to be back!  Great group of men, great AO and a great morning.

The Thang;

Mosey towards softball field parking lot

Along the way do the following;

Arrive at parking lot – Teams of 4 – grab a log

10 x curls

10 x shoulder press

10 x squat

10 x Chest press (On your back)

Repeat x 3

Mosey to small softball field bleachers – exercises along the way to keep the group together

10 x decline merkins

10 x step ups(each leg)

10 x dips

Repeat x 3

Mosey to large hill – exercises along the way to keep the group together

10-1 ladder (Some BS calls and “You’re and asshole Q” were heard here) 🙂

10 x burpees at top(down to 1)

1 x Lunge(Up to 10)

Mosey to top soccer field

Line up on one side

Bear crawl across

Burpee broadjumps back

Mosey to parking lot

20 x The Squirm

12 x reverse crunch

12 x LBC
