MOLESKINE

  • T-claps to everyone who came out today in spite of the cold & rain, and even moreso to Banjo Boy & Solo Cup who came out for 3 miles of extra credit before the main event.
  • I thought this was a tough workout the first and second times I led it, but the rain added a new degree of challenge. Thoughts of warm showers spurred us on to complete this faster than last time, when we didn’t have any time for Mary at the end.
  • Come on out for The Warrior tomorrow, regular time & place. Warrior One for yoga/flexibility/core and Road Warrior for 3-4 miles running (all paces welcome).
  • No workout on Thursday as many of us will be up early & cursing the packaging or assembly instructions for toys instead. The other MECA AO’s (Highlands, Concord, Rolling Stone, and Tradition) are likewise taking the day off.

    Always a fan favorite…it may because @BB and I warmed up before, but it wasn’t nearly as bad as the other two times we’ve done this…
