The thang:
Jog around parking lot, with high knees, butt kickers, shuffle left, shuffle right along the way.

Warm up:
SSH x20
Imperial storm troopers x20
Mountain climbers x20
Windmills x10

TIRES:
Groups of 3 men per tire.
Man 1 gets in merkin position, shuffles/spins around tire ONE TIME back to starting position, then Man 2 goes, then Man 3 goes – Repeato until minute over.
Man 1 gets in merkin position, shuffles/spins around tire TWO TIMES back to starting position, then Man 2 goes, then Man 3 goes – Repeato until minute over.
Man 1 gets in merkin position, shuffles/spins around tire THREE TIMES back to starting position, then Man 2 goes, then Man 3 goes – Repeato until minute over.

Re-TIRES (get it?)
With all 3/4 men on tire:
10 incline merkins — 10 dips — 10 decline merkins — 10 jump-ups
8 incline merkins — 8 dips — 8 decline merkins — 8 jump-ups
6 incline merkins — 6 dips — 6 decline merkins — 6 jump-ups
4 incline merkins — 4 dips — 4 decline merkins — 4 jump-ups
2 incline merkins — 2 dips — 2 decline merkins — 2 jump-ups

Get into 2 lines for a long Indian Run around the parking lot for:

BURPEE LADDERS
1 burpee – run up and over hill – 1 burpee
2 burpees – run up and over hill – 2 burpees
3 burpees – run up and over hill – 3 burpees
4 burpees – run up and over hill – 4 burpees
5 burpees – run up and over hill – 5 burpees
Plank/LBCs when finished

The Snake:
On the parking lines, run forwards, shuffle right, run backwards, shuffle right, ETC until all across the parking lot, for…

4. Really bummed that Tumbler missed seeing my lead finish at a reasonable time! I think we were done with everything, even Mary and announcements, by 6:21. Some people CAN change! =)
