14 men posted for Harrisburg’s Saturday Bootcamp today and a lonely 1 for the Bull Run.   Actually it was Bull.

Warm Up:

Tabata training (or how to use a watch)

To the track corner to start Tabata. (It went something like this)

  • Round 1 Burpees

  • 1/2 around the track
  • Round 3 Dips
  • 1/4 track
  • Round 4 LBC
  • 1/4 track
  • Round 5 Squats
  • 1/4 track
  • Round 6 WW2 Sit Up

  1. Thanks for putting up with the occasional time warp we experienced by using my watch for the Tabata training.
  2. Good effort today by everyone, along with some lively conversation.   Again,  only the crazies come out in the cold.
  3. T claps to Bull making his weekly run this AM.
  4. T claps to Gapper, Gamma, Othello and any other of the PAX that made the actual 5K Bull run.   Bojangles was on the route…  I’m just hoping everyone made it by there okay.

    Great job today. Always proud to be part of this group. Weather is cold, holiday season is busy, people are sore, have colds, need rest. Yet somehow, here we are. Still working hard, still pushing through the pain, the colds, the holiday hustle and any other host of excuses that happen. T claps guys…
