  • Partner 1 LBC, Partner 2 Lung walk across both courts, FlapJack go back
  • Partner 1 Pretzel Crunch, Partner 2 Side Plank Walk across both courts, FlapJack go back

Mosey towards taller retaining wall, but wait there are staris and there is only one way to go up stairs…

  • Backwards Merkins up stairs, Air Squats while you wait your turn at the bottom and top

Continue mosey towards retaining wall

  • 10 Muscle ups OYO
  • 10 Partner Shoulder Tap Merkins
