Strong work by everyone. Thanks to Maximus, Skipper, Magma and Gentle Grizzly for grouping up with me.

Hope everyone could hear me…or at least most of it. I guess all of the workouts over the past few months have made me stronger and younger so much that I’m revisiting my puberty years.

Nice job BlindDate. I enjoyed it. Thanks to Pongo, Uppercut, Arti, and Chicken Strip for working out with me.

Looks like a solid beatdown Blinddate!! Sorry I missed it. My foot flared up again. I’m gonna be out for a while…..

    Thank you for stepping up!

We have had a lot of guys step up to Q lately. Thank you to all of you! This provides us with great variety in our workouts!

If you are ready to do your first Q, let me or one of the current Q’s know and we will help you out!

Blind date – it was a great workout. Different than others which is great to work different muscles. Very impressive for your first Q. Also – appreciate your preparation in having the stations all lined up! Thank you!

Good job BlindDate. Great preparation = great beatdown. It’s always good to see the next man step up. Look forward to what is coming next.

See you Saturday @FunkyBunch? Can’t wait to see you step in dog poop and then trip over a blade of grass and then allow Major Pain to give you a hard time for your running 6 miles prior to the workout.

Thank you chef @BlindDate for preparing such a filling meal! Nice use of AO and exercises. And of course, any workout with a theme gets high marks from me. T-claps!
