Pre-Party Beatdown

18 PAX climbed out of bed to partake in a little pre-game to the big holiday party on Saturday.  It went a little something like this:

Warm-Up (Appetizers)

  • SSH x 20
  • Cotton Pickers x 15
  • Imperial Storm Troopers x 15
  • Merkins x 10

The Thang (Main Course)

Split up into 4 groups

Buffet Station #1

  • WWII Sit Ups x 15
  • Mountain Climbers x 20

Buffet Station #2

  • Pull-ups x 10
  • Dips x 15

Buffet Station #3 (Cinderblocks)

  • Curls x 20
  • Pass the Cinder x 20

Buffet Station #4

  • Burpees x 5
  • Air Squats x 20

Repeato until time called

Mary (Desserts)

  • LBC x 15
  • The W x 10
  • Pretzel Crunch x 10
  • J-LO (ONJ Specialty – no party is complete without it)
  • Plank for 1 minute

Moleskin:

  • Great work by everyone.  Thanks to all for being part of my first Q.  Hope everyone enjoyed the “meal”.
  • Don’t forget the real holiday party this Saturday at 7pm at Sweet Spot (by Pippa’s)

    Hope everyone could hear me…or at least most of it. I guess all of the workouts over the past few months have made me stronger and younger so much that I’m revisiting my puberty years.

      See you Saturday @FunkyBunch? Can’t wait to see you step in dog poop and then trip over a blade of grass and then allow Major Pain to give you a hard time for your running 6 miles prior to the workout.
