Slow Mosey around the lot

REPEATO 10 – 1 Burpees and start at top with exercises

      Yeah, some of the pax were having a really hard time counting this morning! Great job Grizzly. That pic is much better than the one from a few weeks ago. Also, thanks for suggesting the PBR (post bell run) Uppercut! It was good getting a light run and 2nd F in with you guys post KB beatdown.

    Great workout, Grizzly. Made me feel a little better about all the turkey and gravy that I ate last Thursday. Burpees are a funny thing — the thought of doing a lot of them is dreaded but the accomplishment you feel once you have is awesome.
