WARM-UP:

  • 15 SSH
  • 10 walkouts
  • 15 prisoner squats
  • 10 burpees
  • 15 cotton pickers
  • arm circles
  • Mosey to Belks

THE THANG:

  • 15 dips at the Belks entrance, Indian run to police dept
  • 15 decline merks, Indian run to Sears entrance
  • 10 burpees, Indian run to Staples loading dock
  • Balls to the wall to failure, Indian run to cemetery (a few were surprised there’s a cemetery at the mall)
  • People’s chair, Indian run back to Belk entrance and repeat
  • Indian run back to ASEC
  • Grab gravel bag and partner up – reverse leg lifts with bag on heel (15 each leg) while partner stabilizes bag.  Switch

MARY:

  • 25 LBCs in cadence
  • 6″ approx. 1 minute
  • 25 Mtn climbers
  • 25 W’s (audible by Cupid)
