  • Partner balls to the wall with sprint down & back
  • Partner people’s chair with sprint down & back
  • Partner goat kicks with sprint down & back
  • Mosey to suicide lot
  • Parking Lot crossings: bear crawl to 1st line, crab walk to 2nd, backward sprint to 3rd, forward sprint to end, then LBC x10. Repeato x4
  • Burpee broad jump across parking lot

MARY

  • Reverse crunch x10
  • LBC x10
  • Low Dolly x10
  • Mason Twist x15
  • Low Flutter x10

MOLESKIN

  • Great job by all the pax this morning. A privilege to lead, as always. #Cobains for being late.
  • Great to see Escalade out again, pulling a reverse Starsky by healing from his injury while it’s warm, then making his return this week in the frosty gloom!
  • Bring men’s running shoes for #SoleRedemption THIS WEEK. All shoes will be donated to Charlotte Rescue Mission. Get in your closet & bring a pair by Saturday. BBQ is doing 10 burpees for every pair. Let’s make him hurt.
  • Bring any items for Harrisburg Food Pantry (soup, detergent, toiletries, etc.). Last November we donated 500 pounds. This November we’re at 30. We can do better. Solo Cup, Schedule C, and I are doing a burpee for every pound. Make us hurt.
  • Hickory Ridge High School is hosting the Jingle Bull Run 5k on Saturday December 13 to support the Hickory Ridge Athletic Boosters. Let’s give back to The Ridge and fill up the race with the Pax, M’s, and 2.0’s. Registration is only $25 for adults & $15 for students. The race is 9am at Harrisburg Town Center – right after coffeeteria! Sound off below to HC and REGISTER NOW.

    Gapper, Thanks for the schooling this morning..
    Lesson 1. Sprinting and BTW is a really bad combination.
    Lesson 2. Backward Crab walk is just as bad as Fwd Crab walk.
    Lesson 3. Sometimes it pays to be at the back of the PAX. (Burpee Broad Jump Reset Call.)

    Are you guys meeting as normal 11/27 (normal time)?

    I’m not up for flag football like A51 is doing, and was looking for another workout.
