6 men decided a little cold weather was not going to keep them in the fart sack,
on this record breaking morning of 17 degrees.
Great effort by all. Having a variety of exercises seemed to make the time go by fairly quickly.
For some reason skinner questioned my 6 count on the exercises ,he must not know the rule that you do not question the Q .
KGB was doing a lot of spinning his wheels on the icy hill side, we may need to share our old running shoes with him.
