MOLESKIN:
Let’s go ahead and get this out of the way: yes, I skipped out of the last SIT rep while suffering from some GI issues. But happy to report everything went smoothly and I was able to rejoin the group after a couple minutes. You can blame 5Dolla for feeding me too many beers at the Hornets game last night.
As for the WOD itself, today involved a lot of running. Cujo had us tracked at 2.9 miles, with at least half of that coming on the speed intervals. I think I can speak for everyone that we were not feeling the cold after the first round of sprinting.
Props to Grover for easily outpacing everyone (granted, we were actually jogging during the designated splits), and props to Deertick who grew a creepy moustache over the last few days. Hopefully they’ll still let you into your kid’s school with that thing.
As always, it was a pleasure to lead you men.
