F3 Concord – A Bridge Too Far…

A balmy 51 degrees and clear as 6 PAX enjoyed a great workout before the arrival of the polar vortex.

Warm Up:

Circle ASEC parking lot doing high knees, butt kickers, and skip jumps.  Circle up for arm circles, arm stretches, and walkouts x 5.

The Thang:
Made a journey up and down hills to the under construction Burrage Road bridge with stops for fun activities along the way.  Stops included:

* Crab walk up hospital hill, 5 burpees, and bear crawl down.

* Plank activities (full arms – regular, right, and left, elbows – regular, right, and left with leg lifts).

* At bridge, downhill merkins x 20, uphill merkins x 20.

* LBCs (IC) x 30

* Balls to wall and peoples’ chair x 2

* Quadromania up hospital hill with 5 burpees at top.
Mary:
* Reverse crunches x 20

* 6-inches, in and out

* Mountain climbers (IC) x 20

Moleskin:
1. Great effort by all.
2. Running ended up just being a little over 2 miles, but the hills made themselves known.
3. As always, the fellowship with a great bunch of guys was the best part.
