Done!

  1. Back at the Park!   If there was a 2nd workout happening a few miles away at the school,  Hopefully, it was better than what I came up with.
  2. After a much needed break it was great to get back at it with the group.   What started as a nice “ease back into it” quickly got out of control with the Merkins Rows.
  3. Had to take my licks for being out so long.   I’ll just assume the workout sucked as much as I planned.  However, no one went to the purple 5 lb. plastic KB.
  4. Great work being done by Tumbler for a Christmas Party!  Should be a blast and hope all can make it.

Have a blessed weekend!

Great to be back. Also thanks Diesel for calling my Suunto a Mantoe.. Totally deflated after that one.

@Escalade, great to have you back out there. The merkin row/squat ladder was a killer, but at least we weren’t running in place! Oh, and I think @Diesel was actually calling you Manti (as in Manti Te’o) after your alleged Savannah trip. (Disclaimer for those not there: @Escalade only alleged he was on a trip and couldn’t work out this week; the pax embellished from there…..)

Thanks for the lead @Escalade and glad to see you back… the merkin row/squat ladder was quite a pleasure.
