Moleskin:
1. Thanks for those who didn’t count me out for showing up…pulled in right at 5:30. Ye of little faith! =)
2. Thanks for being flexible on the new exercises – I hope they were challenging enough.
3. Tclaps to everyone for pushing it out there – didn’t see any of us lagging today.
4. Had to laugh at Minnow – “I found some good cold-weather gloves at Home Depot for $10…” but came glove-less this morning.
5. Some mumble chatter was understandable, as was the exercise that is also known as a “moon landing” – have to post to know!
6. Loved that Short Circuit called himself Short Circuit(ED) in the circle – new nickname?

@Sun Dial – great lead, good variety, liked the Peter Parkers (new for me) but next time I do the partner carry I am going to pick someone lighter than my son – OMG, dang kid weighs 195lbs! BTW, @Sousa apologizes for the merlot spill in the beginning. He is fine, learning his limits.

        And dang it, I guess I have to hit the gym…he’s 195?! I can’t get above 155… #middleschoolproblems

During the Peter Parker/Field run. He drank a lot of water before he left the house and started out way to strong in the beginning. He is learning to “pace” himself now 🙂

Great workout this morning. Perfect weather. A bit cold while we are stretching but you can’t feel it when you are moving. Great lead and great exercises!
