11 men posted this morning for an anti-Frodo beatdown lead by…Frodo. To the surprise of the PAX, there was minimal running and a focus on strength and, dare I say, even some upper body work.
The Thang
- Run to El Dorado
- Up StH – Parter wheelbarrow with a merkin on every step
- 40 LBCs at top
- Bear crawl to Mineshaft
- Run down Mineshaft
- Bunny hop up Mineshaft
- 40 LBCs at top
- Run down ramps
- Partner carry up ramps
- 40 LBCs at top
- Burpee Broad jumps to top of StH
- Run down StH
- Rinse and Repeat
Everyone got through at least one full round. No one made it through 2 full rounds.
Moleskin
- T-Claps to Stoli and Magma for taking the VT. Magma says he’s an El Dorado FNG, but I find that hard to believe. Might have to check previous backblasts to verify that claim.
- The team of Chowder and Chavez play dirty. As they descended StH while Stoli/Magma and Nanny/Frodo were headed up, one of them dropped a rotten egg bomb that lingered for about 2 flights of stairs. It was a clear attempt to knock out and debilitate the leading teams. It nearly worked.
- The winter weather is coming. Most of the PAX were in hats, gloves and pants. It’s getting to that time of year when FNGs that post won’t know what any other PAX member looks like until the spring.
- I tried to make the workout easy by only making the PAX run downhill. I think I failed.

It was good being out with everyone on a brisk fall morning. Good push by all. Ice 9 inspired this by showing me that you don’t have to go up and down the decks a lot to make it difficult.
@Frodo-that was truly horrible but so glad I posted. When you were rattling off the directions my only thought was “there’s no way I can do all that.” I have said that a lof of times but thanks to F3 Pax I can do way more than I ever thought possible.
I was a FNG this morning to El Dorado. I have posted MUTHASHIP several times so maybe that helped me a little!
@Stoli- I promise more yelling next time, thanks for pushing me beyond my limits.

@Magma VIP of the morning in my opinion. Strong showing. I also enjoyed our conversation when Eisensteinian physics were finally debunked when ~172 lb Stoli somehow weighs more than ~175 lb Magma.
@Stoli I am going to have to add you to my list of pax who show up on Monday morning and I say “dang, so and so is here. Guess I am going to have to give it 100%” Appreciate the energy and intensity you bring.

Magma, great push this morning. You brought your game face and I was lucky to partner up with you against team Nanny/Frodo.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa! Hold up that crop dusting train @Frodo! How’d my name get associated as a potential culprit. The guilty party readily admitted to it at the time (then I had to wheelbarrow his gasbag up StH – would you have rather traded places?)
Painful beatdown btw… especially for any of the MV10k crew… which @Magma has absolutely, 100% no excuse for participating in… no wonder he had all that energy stored up today. As for @Stoli, he’s just superhuman.

I was dead set on not doing this but typical F3 style I have been peer pressured beyond my ability to withstand. This reminds me of the first time I was trying to decide to post F3 or not. Turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life…so Consider me EH’d. 704-743-3365
