Four men stepped into the cool gloom to take on The Murph.  No need for direction; we knew what we came to do…

 The Thang:
  •  Run 1 mile
  • 100 Pull-ups
  • 200 Merkins
  • 300 Air squats
  • Run 1 mile
  • LBC x 15 (Rooster)
  • Crunchy Frogs x 20 (The Magnificent)
  • Patty Cakes x 20 (Banjo Boy)
  • Squirm x 20 (Solo Cup)
  • Low Flutter x 20 (Solo Cup)
  • Reverse Crunch x 20 (Banjo Boy)
  1. The Magnificent killed it, as was expected. Looked like a sub 30 min performance, but I didn’t ask.  #Tclaps on coming back to pick up the Six with a flashlight.
  2. Strong work by Rooster, who set a PR
  3. Banjo Boy had me on the run, but I caught him on the strength portion of the workout. Thanks for the push at the end
  4. Community Outreach Efforts: Men’s Athletic Shoes (Old or new) for #SoleRedemption.  For those keeping count BBQ owes us 30 Burpees.  Soup for the Food Pantry (see Schedule C or Solo Cup)
