MOLESKIN
- Chaos, please please somebody….I do wonder what it will be like in November after it’s over
- See BBQ about the shoe drive, men’s shoes to hit F3 goal of 1,000 pairs
- SoloCup quote “Food Pantry, soup”……’nuff said
- Deuce – football at 1pm Sunday’s Harrisburg Park if interested
- Kettle Bells Friday with Diesel, Third F with Banjo Boy Monday
- Great leading you fine men and thanks for indulging me with the arm in arm walking team lunges.
- T-claps to Al Bundy for coming out after still trying to recover from El Dorado
- BBQ – were you worried about the PAX asking for the disclosure at the top of the loading dock?
- Have a great weekend everyone and see you next week as a “forty”
Always a pleasure my friends. Glad I was able to get 1 last F3 workout in as a 39 year old. Love the #hate. @BBQ and @Bull – glad I could put a smile on your face with the long mosey.
@Billy Goat- good stuff. I think that’s the post with the most single exercises I’ve ever done! You led each one instead of hiding behind those OYO’s like we sometimes do. Made for good times & lot’s of chatter. Thanks for the lead!!!
@BBQ- I was on your heels (can you call 10′ on your heels?) for that jail break at the end but forgot the mosey part at the end! Next time!!!
@Othello- you are getting way stronger, nary a breath was heard my friend!
@Ribshack – I heard you sprinting behind me but didn’t look back for fear I’d slow down and you’d blow past me. I think the intervals are paying off. You’ve picked-up quite a bit of speed.
@Billy Goat – another great lead this AM brother. I liked the variety and keeping us guessing (like halting on 7 or 5). I heard some mumble chatter from @Solo Cup about exercises ending in a divisible number. Who says? It’s up to the Q! Happy birthday – there better be a party with some square dancing after today’s practice.
No Prime Numbers!
I always enjoy your workouts Bill Goat. Reminds me of Baseball Practice (sans the Dosey Does)
The arm-in-arm “lunge” was one heck of a b-day wish @BillyGoat. Enjoy 40 brother!
