  1. Thx for the opportunity to lead at Rolling Stone.  You all have started something great, so keep it going!
  2. I was afraid we would run out of time, but thankfully (depending on who you ask) we had time for the Burpee Bus Bonanza and Wall Dips.  I’ve been wanting to do those over there ever since my original post at the launch.
  3. Kudos to Whatley for figuring out my 22 count that I use at all my workouts.
  4. Bring your gently used shoes to Water Boy.
  5. @LawDawg – Great catching up with you this morning and way to be a leader at Rolling Stone.

@Pavarotti, thanks for coming over and taking the lead. Solid, solid beatdown. Rolling Stone is taking off thanks to a bunch of us. I think @Kato’s post on Nextdoor qualifies as the single biggest EHing in the history of Meca! The guys running over from Wellington Chase are making us all look bad!

@Rolling Stone pax, good stuff. Keep EHing. Visit some of the other workouts, especially non-bootcamp type, the viraity is one of the best parts of F3.

@Pavarotti: Thanks for the lead this morning. It was a great workout…kept the heart rate up the entire time. Every new Q does something different and opens up new possibilities at the AO and yours was no exception.

@Pox @EggPlant: Hated missing running with you this morning but had to get back for an early morning birthday celebration.

Missed several regulars this morning @Peanut Butter (IR), @Mattress King, @Flipper, @Uggs….hope to see you guys back out on Tuesday.

@Water Boy: way to push this morning….and thanks for taking Q for the shoes.

As hard as it is to get up in the AM, the weather was awesome this morning. I have enjoyed the workouts so far. Thanks to everyone for showing up in the spirit of brotherhood

  4. Pox

Nothing like running to work out to have more running – wouldn’t do it without you eggplant

Thanks Pavarotti. Come back and visit soon

  5. WaterBoy

@Pavarotti Thanks for the workout this morning and great to meet you.
Barney rubble and lawdawg tanks for the lift. It really meant a lot to me. Lifted my spirits the whole day.

And….. Bring me the shoes! :)))
