Moleskin:

1. As always, enjoyed the privilege to lead such a great group on men on this awesome fall, foggy morning.  If you haven’t had a Q yet, please step up…………if I can do it, anyone can!
2. Was it just me who noticed, or did it seem the garbage trucks were cruising through the lot a little quickly this morning?
3. 45 minutes always catches up to me.  The audible when it was discovered that the gates were open through off the entire plan I worked on last night.
4. Great to see newer FNG’s in the group strong today!  Before we know it, Jazz, Fusion and others  will be shouting out the orders.
5. Always good to have laughter in a day, life is too short without it.  Thanks for the chuckles when I struggled through the cadence for air squats, not just once, but twice.  May skip that part of the workout next time?
6. Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being,
while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it.

Thanks,
Casper

Good lead Casper, well done! You really are a friendly ghost when you said “thank you gentlemen” to us after telling the PAX to do 10 burpees on your own. Don’t worry, @Bull had you covered on the cadence count, although it looked like he was in double time compared to you and your cadence count. ha!

Appreciate the friendly ghost comment Billy Goat. Bull is always there to save the day. Appreciate his leading us home in the last wave of stairs and run. Thanks to Solo Cup as well for the crunchy frog closing. Everyone looked pretty fresh when we were done. Maybe need to amp it up a little next time?

@Casper- Awesome beat down! After reading all that we did I can’t see how we did that in 45 minutes! BTW, if you keep calling us gentlemen we actually might start believing it!! Pretty cool having that large a PAX out on a Thurs. The line was so long in, around & over the bleachers I swear a third of the guys I didn’t even see until Mary! Fun stuff all, thanks!
