- @SSMinnow was taunting the kid (@Magnificent), while on his way to a PR. Any man that can post a sub 30 min Murph is a stud in my book.
- @Riptide went for a short jog before the Murph and still found a way to race @Magnificent at the end
- @BanjoBoy posted a PR (I think) 32:00 min
- @Chaos didn’t kill anyone careening into the Parking lot, which was nice
- YHC posted short of my goal time today, so I got that going for me
- Don’t forget the food pantry. Soups of all kinds.

@RipTide….excellent prep for the mud run with a 2.5 mile run in followed sub-30 Murph….we are going to need all the speed and endurance we can summon, with our match-up on Saturday … I’m feeling good about our chances
