8 men stepped into the gloom to take on the Murph.

The Thang (for the new guys)
  • 1 mile run
  • 100 pull-ups
  • 200 push-ups
  • 300 air-squats
  • 1 mile run
Mary
  • 15 x Crunchy Frogs
  • 10 x W’s
  • 10 X Patty Cakes (Gotta show to know on this one)
  • 15 x Reverse Crunches
Moleskin:
  1. Strong performance today Gentlemen.
  2. @SSMinnow was taunting the kid (@Magnificent), while on his way to a PR. Any man that can post a sub 30 min Murph is a stud in my book.
  3.  @Riptide went for a short jog before the Murph and still found a way to race @Magnificent at the end
  4. @BanjoBoy posted a PR (I think) 32:00 min
  5.  @Chaos didn’t kill anyone careening into the Parking lot, which was nice
  6. YHC posted short of my goal time today, so I got that going for me
  7. Don’t forget the food pantry. Soups of all kinds.

    Taunting?…I think of it as encouraging mumble chatter…super work, @Magnificent

    @RipTide….excellent prep for the mud run with a 2.5 mile run in followed sub-30 Murph….we are going to need all the speed and endurance we can summon, with our match-up on Saturday … I’m feeling good about our chances
