Tradition takes on Monday Mettle

Tradition Р5 strong  showed up for our first Monday workout at Tradition. Great to see you all and look forward to the workouts closer to home on Mondays. Thanks for the opportunity to lead.

COP: 12 of each – SSH, IST, Windmill,running w/ scissors, arm circles, reach for stars

10: RTW – each way – w/ belly button up to chin.
